Netball Supplements

Netball is a non-contact sport played by two opposing teams and is Australia’s most popular sport for women with an estimated one million players nationwide. Netball is a popular Olympic sport and has been recognised as such since 1995.

Netball is a dynamic game involving short bursts of energy, stopping and starting and the ability to think quickly. Training sessions will mainly focus on specific skill development and technical aspects of the game, but you’ll also be spending some time in the gym working on strength and conditioning.
